1. Design Creation
Everything starts digitally. Your image or artwork is prepared using design software and printed in reverse (mirror image) using special sublimation inks on transfer paper.

2. Heat Press Setup
The printed transfer paper is carefully placed on top of the blank item—usually polyester-based materials or specially coated surfaces like aluminum, ceramic, or fabric.

3. Sublimation Magic
Using a heat press, high temperature (around 350–400°F) and pressure are applied. The heat turns the solid dye on the paper into a gas, which penetrates the surface of the item.

4. Image Transfer
Unlike traditional printing that just sits on top of a surface, the sublimated dye becomes part of the material itself. This creates a long-lasting, vibrant, and smudge-resistant image with no texture or peeling.

5. Cool Down & Finish
